Billy Wayne Smith, 77, of Decatur, died Friday afternoon, December 15, 2017 at Spring City Nursing and Rehab Center in Spring City.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Meigs County and was a son of the late Bill and Deana Walker Smith.
He is survived by two sons, Mike and Timmy Smith of Chattanooga; a sister, Sue Harris of LaGrange, GA ; a brother, Virgil Shelton of Decatur, TN ; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, December 21, 2017 in Oak Grove Cemetery in Decatur,TN with Pastor Bob Schafer officiating.
