Warren J. (Foots) Kelly, 76 of Athens and formally of Dundee, Michigan, died Monday, January 27, 2020 at Park West Hospital in Knoxville.
He worked as an electrician at Staley in Loudon and Mayfield Dairy.
He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 am, Wednesday, January 29th at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
