Condolences

Condolence From: Joan Bandy Casteel
Condolence: I graduated with Frank from Hiwassee Dam High School in 1966. We were in the same English class. Frank was one of the funniest human beings I have ever known. He could make you laugh by just being himself then look at you like what's so funny. He thought he was being serious. He was a really sweet, nice, and funny individual. I am so sorry for your loss but I am sure he is in a better place making people laugh.

Condolence From: Linda McNabb Payne
Condolence: I was told of Frank's death by Jonathan (I believe) when he stopped by my store for directions to Liberty Baptist Church. Small world. Frank came to Hiwassee Dam School in 1965 to attend school and was a part of our 12th grade class. Frank was different and he was older than us but we all immediately liked him in spite of his age, personality, and views. Like I said to Jonathan, he sat behind me in Senior English and did he ever give our English teacher, Mrs. Sampson, a hard time. It was an every day thing but I believe that she also enjoyed Frank's unique personality. I looked at my senior annual and found his picture (the last person listed in our senior class). I have thought of him through the years and wondered what had happened to him. It was a pleasure to meet you, Jonathan, and remember your Dad.
