Anayah Reign Frazier, infant daughter of Tristan James Frazier and Keisha Dewawe Small of Athens, died Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville. She was born June 7, 2013 in Vanderbilt Hospital, Nashville, TN.
Survivors other than the parents are a brother, Jayden Bullard of Athens; maternal grandmother, Kristina Small of Oklahoma; paternal grandmother, Terri Sharp of Lansing, MI; paternal grandfather, Neil Colbert of Cleveland;
great grandmother, Janelle Fuel of Niota; and aunts, Ivory F. Mayes of Cleveland and Lisa Shine McCowan of Athens.
A graveside service will be conducted, 2:30 pm, Thursday, December 5, 2013 in Hammond Cemetery with
Rev. Frances Boyd Pierce officiating. The family will receive friends at Smith Funeral Home from 1:00-2:00 pm, Thursday prior to the graveside service.
