Marie A.. Terrell, 57, of Athens, died Thursday morning, August 18, 2016 at Parkwest Medical Center.
She was a native of New York and was a daughter of Louis and Mary Scintilla Bartlett.
She was a member of Woodward Church of God. She was a CNA for thirty years and was presently employed with Life Care Center of Athens.
She is survived by her husband, Clyde W. (Butch) Terrell; three sons, Kevin Terrell of Riceville, Tony Loving of Virginia, and John and his wife Jessica Terrell of Athens; one grandson, Bryson Terrell; and sisters, Anita George of Oklahoma, Barbara Yonts of Virginia, Angie McDaniel of Florida, and Johnna Kile of Nevada; and a brother, James Bartlett of California.
There will be no formal visitation. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
