Condolence: Doug and Todd, Your Dad and Mom were always special people to our family. I remember in my young days coming over to y'all's home many times. Your Dad was always a very strong supporter of my parent's ministry at East Athens. Even in the years after they left Athens he always stayed in contact with them. Following my major wreck in 2011, my parents would often tell me Bobby called to check on you. In the times of Dad's declining health, they often spoke on the phone. And in the time of Dad's passing and the years to follow, he stayed in touch. At Christmas and at random times there was the small gifts of love. Thank you Bobby for what you always meant to the Peek family. God bless your dear family.

Condolence From: Dr. John and Betty McKenzie
Condolence: So sorry to hear about Bobby. I have known him ever since we moved back to Athens from California in 1937. We only lived about 3 or 4 houses from each other. I'll never forget riding my bike to their house and going through Mrs. Farrell's yard. Unfortunately I did not realize there was a cloths line until my neck told me so. Fortunately I was not going fast in the yard and ended up only with a red neck (literally). Gone is the body with the memories will last forever. Johnny (that's what he always calledme and I loved it) and Betty Ann

Condolence: Doug, so sorry to hear about the death of your dad. He used to tease me a lot when I worked with him. Some day I will tell you about his joke on me about the chimney cleaning. We are never ready to let go, but I hope all of your good memories will give you some comfort.
