Timothy David Oden, 36, of Athens, died Monday, December 10, 2018..
He was a lifelong resident of McMinn County and was a son of the late Randall Oden and Mary Nell Mabes. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Ruth Miller, and an uncle Bob Miller.
He was a graduate of McMinn County High School and was a self employed carpenter.
He is survived by his son, Quentin Oden of Sweetwater; sister, Laura Beth Mager of Sweetwater; two uncles and their wives, David and Mary Miller of Athens and Mickey and Tilda Oden of Georgetown, TN; nephew, Caleb Elder; nieces, Abby Mager and Bella Mager, and several cousins.
A memorial service will be conducted 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Smith Funeral Home with Rev. David Graybeal officiating.
