Benny Joe Frazier, 82, went home to meet his Lord and Savior on, Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
Benny graduated from Valley Point High School in Dalton, GA in 1956. In his senior year he was on the V.P.H.S. basketball team, who won the Championship in his graduation year.
Benny worked as a car salesman and then as a truck driver. He loved riding horses, and singing and playing his guitar. He was most often "the life of the party" at gatherings with family and friends.
Benny was preceded in death by his wife Alma Jean; parents, Arlie and Vesta Frazier; brothers, Don and Jack Frazier; and sisters, Barbara Faith and Joe Greohrs.
Benny is survived by his children, Sonya Martinez, Mark Frazier, Renee Frazier and Jodi Frazier; brother, Bob Frazier; sisters, Laverne Davis-Dobson, Delores Tidwill, and Mary Lynn Padgett; grandchildren, Jasmine Coleman, Levi Graham, Juniper Chavez, Brody Frazier, Jordon Frazier, and Taylor Frazier; great-grandchild, Riley Coleman; and many nieces and nephews.
