Obituary for Milford H. Clark
Milford H. Clark, 65, of Athens, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville.
He was a native of Houlton, Maine and longtime resident of Athens, TN. He was the son of the late Milford H. and Leona Rooney Clark. He was also preceded in death by his wife Kathy Hall Clark and a sister Bernice "Bunny" Tidd.
He was a member of Allen Memorial United Methodist Church and attended St. Mary's Catholic Church of Athens. He was a store manager of the Piggly Wiggly grocery store in Decatur, TN for 33 years.
He is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Amber and Todd Robinson of Athens and Brandy Giltnane of Kingston; two granddaughters, Skylar and Kinley Giltnane; one grandson, Alex Robinson; four sisters, Mary Grant, Jane Stile, Joan Russell, and Sharon Lycette; one brother, Lawrence "Buddy" Clark; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be a graveside service at a later date in Hodgdon Cemetery in Hodgdon, Maine where he will be buried beside his beloved wife Kathy.
