Just a bit of Harold's early school years..grammar school at Graham Elementary 44th & Union  Chgo. Ill. Both Harold and I attended the same school and were in many classes together graduating in June 1963. I remember him being very quiet and a good student. I remember him always entering science projects and always seemed to wonder why things worked and how to make them better. It was in around this time that the Space Programs started (1962 with John Glenn). I remember Harold giving a assembly speech and talked about how interesting it was and in years to come all of our generations would be impacted because of it. Harold had visions many years ahead of his time. Certain things stand out about childhood and this is what I remember about Harold.
